Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal once opened.
Once opened, seal and freeze. Tapioca Pearls can be cooked from frozen. Loosen and separate each pearl when cooking from frozen.
Best Before dates are printed on every label.
General shelf-life:
Fruit Powder: 1 year
Tapioca Pearls: 1 year when frozen
Prepare only the serving of Tapioca Pearls and Fruit Powder that will be immediately consumed. It is not recommended to refrigerate the Bubble Tea as the consistency of pearls is only kept for 3-6 hours, before it becomes chewy.
Always seal the products after use and keep away from direct sunlight. Fruit Powders should be stored in a dry, cool place. You may use a vacuum sealer for the Tapioca Pearls and keep it frozen.

Yes, all our flavoured powders and tapioca pearls are gluten-free.
Yes! You can control your own sugar intake. You may choose to ignore the (optional) added brown sugar.

Our suppliers manufacture the products in high-quality product development standards and
assessments by professional Food Technologists, backed with a certified Food Control Plan Facility.
The products are packed using an Automatic Powder Filling Machine, which adopts microcomputer-controlled optical technology for accurate, fast dispensing of powder and tea in their set weights controlled by an infrared sensor. It is then heat sealed to lock in freshness.
