Boba By Me ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.boba-by-me.com). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Duties & Taxes
Sales tax (15% GST) will be applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase ($5 standard rate and $10 rural rate). This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Free shipping is available for orders over $80.
We are shipping within New Zealand and Australia. Our main courier provider is NZ Post. There may be a slight shipping delay during weekends, New Zealand public holidays and other busy promotional & holiday periods. Due to COVID-19, NZ Post has been experiencing significant delays due to increased safety precautions and high demand for couriers.

• South Island: 2-3 working days
• Rural Delivery: Additional 1-2 working days
• 7-10 working days
Orders are packed the same day. If orders are placed before 12 PM (NZST), they will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, you should receive a Card to Call to collect your package from the NZ Post headquarter. It is the responsibility of the buyer to reorganise shipping with NZ Post. If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and you have the option to either receive a refund or we can redeliver it to you at a shipping cost of $5 standard rate or $10 rural rate.

Refunds, exchange or replacement of products due to quality issue or product default can be arranged by emailing email@example.com or sending a message through the Boba By Me website.
Return Due To Change Of Mind
Due to the health & safety guidelines and perishable nature of the products, Boba By Me does not accept returns due to change of mind. Please select your products carefully before proceeding to payment.
If you change your mind, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
