About the Recipe
Creamy caramel with a hint of smoky toffee. The sweet brown gradient of tiger stripes is a signature touch for your all-time favourite drink.

Ingredients
Brown Sugar Syrup: Fructose, Sugar, Water, Brown Syrup, Colorant (Caramel), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sweeteners (Acesulfame Fotassium).
Fructose Syrup: Fructose, Glucose Water, Oligosaccharides.
Preparation
Creating the Tea:
1. Drip 15ml of Brown Sugar Syrup inside the rims of a glass cup, swirling it right around the cup. Add 7ml of Fructose Syrup, then half the cup with ice.
2. Add the cooked Tapioca Pearls and pour in milk of your choice (hot or cold). Enjoy!
Cooking the Tapioca Pearls:
Cook your Tapioca Pearls according to the package instructions, but in Step 2, pour in an extra 30ml
of Brown Sugar Syrup to cook with the pearls.
