About the Recipe

The true meaning of summer. Biting into floral sweetness, the rivulets run down your forearm, dripping off your elbow with juices that almost taste like, obviously, honey.

Ingredients

Honeydew: Dairy Creamer, Glucose, Honeydew Powder, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (E466), Honeydew Flavours, Silicon Dioxide, Food Colouring: Tartrazine (FD&C Yellow #5) (E102), Brilliant Blue FCF (FD&C Blue #1) (E133).


Tapioca Pearls: Tapioca Starch 42.95%, Water 35.26%, Modified Starch (Hydroxypropyl Starch, Oxidized Starch, Distarch Phosphate, Acetylated Distarch Adipate, Starch Sodium Octenyl Succinate) 15.29%, Potato Starch 6.1%, Potassium Sorbate (E202) 0.16%, Caramel Colours (E150D)

0.1% Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (E466) 0.06%, Benzoic Acid-S 0.04%, Flavour 0.03%, Antifoam (Silicon Resin, Polysorbate 65, Sorbitan Fatty Acid Ester, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Water.


Premium Powdered Creamer: Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Whey Powder, Sodium Caseinate, Tripotassium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Triphosphate, Distilled Monoglyceride (E471), Sodium Stearoyl Lactate (E481), Silicon Dioxide (E551), Beta Carotene.


Genmaicha Tea: Green Tea Leaves, Genmai.

Preparation

1. Bring 500ml of water to a boil. In one cup, add 250ml of water and brew 1 teaspoon of Genmaicha Tea leaves for 3 minutes. Filtrate the leaves.


2. In a separate cup, bring the remaining 250ml of water and stir:

25g of Honeydew Powder

15g of Premium Creamer

20g of Brown Sugar


3. Add in the filtrated tea and mix it all together. Add ice for a delicious,

cold beverage or microwave 45 seconds for a hot beverage. Enjoy!
